As well as this site, there are a few email lists you may want to join, sometimes information appears on both the site and the lists, sometimes not. Previously the page showing the information for joining these lists was a bit of a mess. opefuly this new page Makes subscribing a little simpler. As a minimum, the n23 news list is recommended. This is a once a month (normally) list which contains news and info. If your interested In gabbing - the n23 discussion list is a sometimes busy list -if you do subscribe to this list it can be useful to do it with something like gmail, and create a label (called n23), you can then filter all messages from the list to this label so as not to clog your mailbox up. A simple way to add tunes to any post (not the forum though) First login, and go to create content, choose blog entry. Make sure 'full HTML' is selected in the input formats, then type
[tune:http://linkToAmp3]
This will then be converted to something like this
If your tunes are not on the web already somewhere, then you can upload them to n23 as an attachment to your blog, then change the url to the link generted once you upload. Have fun. Submitted by n23Admin on Fri, 2007-02-23 15:37.
If youve had trouble logging on recently, this should now work again now.

The roving band of tekno-circus nomads, BASSLINE CIRCUS , look set to continue their upwards spiral this year. For the 2007 production (currently in rehearsals somewhere in a secret underground bunker), they are joined by non other than Pierrot Bidon, of Archaos. Archaos was an early alternative circus, which you may remember pioneered such acts as juggling fiery chain-saws Pierrot has stepped up to direct the 2007 show, which promises to continue the evolution of the post-rave circus, while still leaving the speaker stacks set to a volume at least twice as loud as absolutely necessary... Some pics from the October 2006 Reclaim the streets in Brussels. The last few are from the top of the big white building. This was squatted at the end of the action - in fact opened directly in front of that big line of police.

The gallery component is up and working. To access it click 'gallery'; It serves two main purposes 1) We can upload images from parties or flyer's, and organise them the same way you would in any other gallery. 2) When your making a post - click the little button with a g2 above it - this will open up a little image browser - from there you can drop any image directly into your post. Added the TinyMCE text editor to the Drupal core. This allows proper text editing similar to a word processor - well things like bold italics and stuff. The best thing though is that it hooks into a spell check - pretty useful. I'm looking next at gallery integration which *should* allow a dead simple way to upload and use images/ |
