This will not be a real text but a bazar of things to survive I discovered during my mutation, from a nice hot-line worker in a music company to an urban camper (tent, mobile speaker and machines, etc)

Take with you lot of things you can find on the streets: carton (bed, fire), strings (to make candles, paking)

Always ask food shops if they got something for you on evenings, search trashes of supermarkets too (see freegan.info)

Go in the churches to see if they have bad candles they can give too you, then you can make new with it by destroying them in a thunfish can and putting a string in the middle (during winter, 3 candles warm a good tent, the thunfish candles can't fall and burn your bed in the night)

Use 12v batteries or better solar batteries (can t be overloaded), with an adapter for lower voltage. Take a 13 or 15 volt adapter to charge it, if it s not a solar battery take care to not overload it.

If you need 220v, use a computer power back system, you can find one for 50eur for 500watts. And it can be used to charge a battery. A normal 500watts 12v to 220v machine is about 300eur

if you have to beg, the best is a small and quiet street, where the people are coming just every minute. Just say hello when they are 5m from you...
